DLC-10/11 Isocratic HPLC System:
The DLC-10 and DLC-11 are
complete HPLC systems with an integrated UV-Vis detector (fixed
wavelength) for 254nm operation (DLC-10) and 280nm operation
(DLC-11). The DLC-10 and DLC-11 represent the lowest priced HPLC
systems in today's market. The instruments come standard with a
PEEK construction analytical flowcell. A preparative flowcell is
also available. Other wavelengths including 365nm, 420nm and
505nm are available as additional accessories.
The instruments are entirely bio-compatible
with no metallic wetted parts.
The pumping system on the DLC-10/11 is a high
quality single piston pump with a built in pulse damper. A two
stage injection valve with a 20µl loop is included.
Detector analog voltages for data acquisition
are available at the rear of the instrument including a remote
capability for selecting absorbance ranges via contact closures.
The pump has a RS232 jack for acquiring pump information. The
pump flow rates are from 0.01 ml/mn to 10.0ml/mn and up to
2500psi.
The application areas for a low cost system
such as the DLC-10 series include: undergraduate education for
teaching liquid chromatography; routine quality control
procedures which are 95% isocratic in nature; and, because of the
light weight and small footprint of the DLC-10, the instrument
lends itself to field environmental work.
