This automated gradient system consists of The PC 1000, Series I Pump, fixed wavelength UV detector, and fraction collector.

The system allows preparative and analytical separation to be performed at flow rates from 0.01-10 mL/minute.

The fraction collector allows you to overlay re-injections of one sample a number of times, pooling the same peaks in the same tubes. Uniform fractions can be collected by time, drop, count, or pumped volume even with changing flow rates.

The compact system requires less bench space than other systems.

The APLC system has a biocompatible flow path.
