Please supply your purchase order number, catalog numbers and description, quantity desired, "Ship to" and "Bill to" address, and the name and telephone number of a person to contact if clarification is required. A confirming order, mailed after a telephone order, must be marked "CONFIRMING" to avoid duplication.

Terms
Minimum order is $35.00

Terms of payment are NET 30 days, F.O.B. shipping point. A 1 1/2% per month (18% A.P.R.) service charge is added to delinquent accounts.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx or common carrier unless otherwise instructed.

Warranty
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace without cost any materials which carry such defects.

Products are sold without any implied warranty of fitness to a particular use. In all instances, the liability of Chrom Tech, Inc. is limited solely at its option to replacement of the product or refund of its original purchase price. Under no circumstance shall Chrom Tech, Inc. be liable for consequential damages. All special applications of the product should be pre-tested for verification of results.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact Chrom Tech for a return authorization number and forwarding instructions. This will prevent delays and enable us to expedite processing of orders to your satisfaction.

All materials authorized for returns must be packaged and shipped in accordance with applicable government regulations. Products shipped in error by Chrom Tech will be accepted for full credit. Returns must be within 30 days of original shipment.

A restocking charge of 20% ($20.00 minimum) will apply for all items authorized for return due to customer error or convenience. Special order or custom made products are not returnable.
