Atenolol

Extraction procedure for atenolol in serum with RePeat 25 mg SPE Cartridge

Conditioning:
1-2 ml 1% triethylamine in methanol
1 ml distilled water

Sample application:
1 ml sample (serum mixed 1:1 with 4% 2-propanol in 10 mM ammonium acetate pH 10)

Washing:
2 x 1 ml 10 mM ammonium acetate pH 10
0.5 ml distilled water

Elution:
1 ml 1% triethylamine in methanol.
Evaporate and reconstitute.
