Chrom Tech's Shipping and Return Policies and Forms

Actual shipping cost including insurance will be added to your order at the time of shipment. Web orders are subject to review. If there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact Chrom Tech for a return authorization number and forwarding instructions. This will prevent delays and enable us to expedite processing of orders to your satisfaction.

All materials authorized for returns must be packaged and shipped in accordance with applicable government regulations. Products shipped in error by Chrom Tech will be accepted for full credit. Please follow return shipping instructions provided with RMA. Any freight charges, duties or fees incurred by Chrom Tech, Inc will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

Returns must be within 30 days of original shipment.

A restocking charge of 20% ($20.00 minimum) will apply for all items authorized for return due to customer error or convenience. Special order or custom made products are not returnable.

For International shipments over $2,500 a $10.00 SED Filing Fee will apply. Web orders are subject to review. Due to vendor contracts, some of our product lines are not available for export. If there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted.

Warranty

All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace without cost any materials which carry such defects. Products are sold without any implied warranty of fitness to a particular use. In all instances, the liability of Chrom Tech, Inc. is limited solely at its option to replacement of the product or refund of its original purchase price. Under no circumstance shall Chrom Tech, Inc. be liable for consequential damages. All special applications of the product should be pre-tested for verification of results. Shipping charges are not covered with warranty replacement and will not be credited if items are refunded.

Claims

All claims for damage are to be filed directly with the carrier. All claims for shortage must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise. If merchandise is to be returned for repair, replacement or credit, you must obtain our consent and a return authorization number in advance of return.
